Marine Equipment Service and Repair in Saudi Arabia

Deck machinery, hydraulics, pumps and safety equipment inspected, repaired and returned to service.

Equipment on a working vessel fails harder than the same equipment ashore: salt, constant vibration, wash-down water and long periods between attention. We repair and service deck machinery and its hydraulics — winches, capstans, windlasses, crane and hatch cylinders — along with pumps, valves and mechanical items landed ashore with a defect list. Work starts with strip and inspection, and a report of what was actually found.

Corrosion changes the repair decision: a cylinder rod that would be repaired on a land machine may need replacing for marine service, and seal compounds and rod platings are selected accordingly. Where a class survey raised the defect, tell us the society and the surveyor's wording. Statutory work — liferaft servicing, extinguisher recharging, breathing apparatus testing — goes to an approved service station, and we say so.
