Alongside and On-Board Technical Support at Saudi Ports
Attendance while the vessel is in port — fault finding, running repairs, fitting parts and clearing defects.
A port call is a fixed window. Work that does not finish inside it either sails with the vessel as an outstanding defect or holds her alongside at real cost. We attend vessels in port for fault finding on deck and engine room equipment, running repairs, fitting parts, and clearing defect list items before departure.
Tell us early. A requisition and defect list sent while the vessel is on passage lets parts be arranged and the work planned against the berth window. Send vessel name, IMO number, berth and dates, the defect as the chief or master describes it, and photographs or nameplate details. We confirm what will fit the window rather than agreeing to everything, and say where a job needs a class-approved contractor.
