A pump rarely fails on its own. Contaminated fluid, starved suction or a relief valve set wrong will kill it again a few months after an overhaul, so we report what the internal wear pattern indicates alongside the repair. Scoring on the port plate, pitting on the swash and bronze transfer on the gears each tell a different story.
We overhaul external gear pumps, axial piston pumps and motors in fixed and variable displacement, and vane units. Cases are stripped and cleaned, wear parts measured against limits, and bearings, seals, port plates, pistons and slippers replaced as required, then reassembled to the correct clearances and function tested. Where a unit is beyond economic repair we say so and quote a replacement. Send the unit with its nameplate details, or photographs of the plate.
