Fasteners are the smallest line on a requisition and the one most likely to stop a job. We supply hexagon bolts and setscrews to DIN 933 and DIN 931, hexagon nuts to DIN 934, and plain, spring and heavy duty washers, in the metric coarse and fine series and in the UNC and UNF sizes older plant still uses. Property class is stated on every quotation — a class 8.8 bolt and a class 4.6 bolt of the same dimensions are not interchangeable in structural or pressure work.
Corrosion protection matters more here than in most regions: self-colour, zinc plated, hot-dip galvanised, and stainless in A2 and A4, with the grade named rather than called rustproof. The range extends to socket cap and grub screws, self-tapping and drywall screws, threaded rod and studding, anchor and through bolts, chemical anchors, cavity fixings, rivets, circlips, split pins, keys and shims.
