Abrasives are consumed faster than anything else in a fabrication shop, and the wrong disc costs more in labour than it saves on price. We supply bonded abrasives to EN 12413 — thin cutting discs for carbon steel and stainless, depressed centre grinding discs and chop saw discs — in the common diameters, thicknesses and bores. Discs for stainless work are supplied in low-iron, low-sulphur, low-chlorine formulations where parent metal contamination is a rejection point.
Coated abrasives cover zirconia and ceramic flap discs, fibre discs and backing pads, sheets, rolls, belts and non-woven conditioning products. Wire brushes in carbon steel, stainless and brass. Diamond blades, cup wheels and core bits for concrete and masonry, plus blasting media to a specified grade. Give us diameter, thickness, bore and the material being worked.
