Piping is ordered against a material specification and a dimensional standard, and both must appear on the purchase order for the goods to pass inspection. We supply carbon steel pipe to ASTM A106 Grade B and ASTM A53, line pipe to API 5L, and stainless pipe to ASTM A312 in 304/304L and 316/316L, seamless and welded, across the standard nominal bore and schedule range, with galvanised pipe where the service allows it.
Fittings cover butt-weld elbows, tees, reducers and caps to ASME B16.9, and forged socket-weld and threaded fittings to ASME B16.11 in ASTM A105 and stainless. Flanges to ASME B16.5 in weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joint, raised and flat face, with ASME B16.47 for large diameters. Spiral wound and sheet gaskets, stud bolts and nuts complete the joint. EN 10204 3.1 certificates on request — state it at enquiry, as it cannot be added later.
