Single acting, double acting and telescopic cylinders, seal kits, and units built to drawing.
Tie-rod cylinders on the ISO 6020-1 and ISO 6020-2 metric mounting series, welded-body cylinders for mobile plant where a tie-rod design will not survive the duty, and telescopic cylinders for tipper and platform work. Mountings cover clevis, cross-tube, trunnion, flange and foot. Rods are hard chrome plated as standard, with alternative platings for marine and washdown environments.
Seal kits are quoted separately — piston seals, rod seals, wipers, wear rings and O-rings in nitrile, polyurethane, PTFE or FKM by fluid and temperature. Where no part number survives, bore, rod diameter, stroke, closed centre-to-centre length and mounting type are enough to identify or reproduce a cylinder. Obsolete and non-standard units are built to your drawing or sample.
